About

A serious facility for a serious game.

OTG was built on a specific idea: that indoor games deserves better than what most facilities offer. Real launch monitor data. A real putting green. A room that respects the player. We opened in Vint Hill because the players are here and the facility they deserved wasn't.

The Story

Why we built this.

There was no serious indoor golf in Vint Hill. There was no serious indoor golf in most of Fauquier County. You could drive forty-five minutes to a sports bar with a screen and a radar unit, or you could wait for the weather to break. Neither felt like the right answer for the way real golfers spend their time, especially in the winter.

OTG was built by Chase Cunningham, A golfer (not a good one, but a fun one) who loves the game and was motivated by the lack of a year-round facility in the area.  Chase is a US Navy Chief (retired) and wanted to build a place that was engaging for everyone but with serious technology available where there was a need.  Chase knows golf tech and worked to bring this space to life so everyone can experience the love of this great game, and so they can play the famous courses across the world without the need for a plane ticket or a 500 dollar tee time.

There's a second reason this place exists. On the 22nd of every month, we donate 22% of our revenue to veteran-support organizations. The number matters. Twenty-two a day is the figure that haunts anyone who's worked alongside service members, and we are not going to let that quietly fade into background noise. Every round, every league fee, every pour at the bar puts something back toward the people who carried the weight.

That's the business. Build something good, run it well, give a meaningful cut where it counts.

The plan was simple. Find the best launch monitor money could buy — not the most popular, not the most marketed, the most accurate. Find a putting solution that actually solved the part of the indoor game everyone else gave up on. Build the room around the equipment, not the other way around. And then — the part most facilities skip — make it feel like a place a serious golfer would actually want to spend their evenings.

Four Foresight Falcons in the ceiling. A dedicated PuttView green. A bar worth sitting at. A membership tier that locks the rate for the people who believe in this first. That is what OTG is. That is what it will always be.

"We didn't build this to be the biggest indoor golf in the region. We built it to be the one serious golfers point to."
