Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of otg.golf and On The Green Indoor Golf ("OTG," "we," "us"), operated by On The Green Golf Club LLC in Vint Hill, Virginia. By booking, buying a membership, or using the site, you agree to them.
Bookings and bay time
Bay time is sold by the hour and is for the players listed on the booking. Please arrive on time; late arrival shortens your session and does not extend it. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking receive a full refund or credit. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full booking amount. Prepaid bay hours are non-transferable and expire twelve months after purchase.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly in advance to the card on file and continue until canceled. Founding memberships have a fixed monthly rate that will not increase for as long as the membership remains continuously active; if a founding membership is canceled and later restarted, the founding rate is not guaranteed. Founding members' cards are saved at signup and first billed on opening day, November 9, 2026. You may cancel any time from your account or by emailing chase@otg.golf; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-month refunds are given. Member benefits such as included bay hours reset monthly and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Leagues and events
League and event fees are non-refundable once the season or event has started unless we cancel it. Seats are limited and sold first come, first served.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; changes do not affect fees already paid or locked founding rates. Failed payments may result in suspended booking privileges until resolved.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OTG as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Conduct and safety
Golf simulators involve swinging clubs and hitting balls at speed. You use the facility at your own risk and agree to follow posted rules and staff instructions, keep others clear of the hitting area, and use only appropriate equipment. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse. We may refuse service or end a session for unsafe or abusive behavior without refund. Alcohol, where offered, is served only to guests of legal age.
Your data and performance information
Shot and session data recorded by our simulators may be stored and linked to your account so you can review it. We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the club.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, OTG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or membership period in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
