Club Fitting
Fitted on the same data tour fitters trust.
Every fitting at OTG runs on Foresight Falcon — directly measured ball and club data from the same quadrascopic imaging engine used by professional fitters and tour vans. No estimated numbers. No interpolation. Real evidence of what each club is doing in your hands.
Most people are playing the wrong clubs.
This isn't a sales line. It is what twenty years of launch monitor data has consistently shown: most amateur golfers are playing clubs that don't match their swing — wrong shaft flex, wrong loft, wrong lie angle, wrong head design for their attack angle, wrong gapping across the bag. The bag was assembled from what was on the rack, what a friend recommended, or what the pro shop happened to stock that season.
A real fitting starts with measurement — actual ball flight, actual club delivery, actual gapping across the bag you currently play — and ends with components specified to the data. Sometimes that means a new bag. Sometimes it means three changes. Sometimes it means your current clubs are fine and we tell you so. The Falcon data is what tells the truth.
Fittings
Six fitting types.
Full Bag Fitting
The complete audit. Every club in the bag, plus recommendations for additions or removals. Driver, woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putter — measured, gapped, and specified. Includes a written summary, a full spec sheet, and a build quote if changes are recommended.
Driver & Wood Fitting
The longest clubs. Driver, 3-wood, 5-wood or hybrid — fitted as a system. Head, shaft, loft, and length matched to launch and spin targets. The fitting most likely to add yardage off the tee, and the one most often done wrong elsewhere.
Iron Fitting
The scoring clubs. Head design, shaft, length, lie angle, and set composition (cavity backs, blades, players-distance hybrids). Includes gapping analysis across the iron set and a recommendation on where forgiveness or workability matters most for your game.
Wedge Fitting
The short game. Loft gapping, grind selection, bounce angles, and shaft matching for your wedges. The most under-fitted part of most bags — and the easiest to improve once it's done right.
Putter Fitting
On the PuttView green. The only putter fitting in the region performed on an augmented-reality green. Length, lie, loft, head style, and stroke type — all matched to your actual stroke data and tendencies, with real putts on a real surface.
Junior Fitting
Built to grow. A fitting structured for golfers under 18 — appropriate length, shaft, and set composition for current physical development, with notes for the next size up. Includes recommendations on which clubs are worth investing in now and which can wait.
Members receive program rates on all fittings. Bag-purchase credit available — see below.
Process
How a fitting runs.
Intake
Twenty minutes of conversation before any shots. What you play, how you play, what you want to fix, what you want to keep.
Baseline
You hit your current clubs on the Falcon. We measure what they're actually doing — speed, launch, spin, dispersion, gapping — and we save that baseline as the reference for everything that follows.
Iterate
We test components against the baseline. New shafts, new heads, new lofts, new lengths — each change measured against the data. Most fittings test 8 to 15 configurations across the relevant clubs.
Specify
The final recommendations. Written spec sheet — head, shaft, length, lie, loft, grip, swing weight — for every club in the recommendation. You leave with the document, even if you don't order through us.
Build & Deliver
If you order through OTG, we coordinate the build with the manufacturer and notify you when the clubs are in. Most builds arrive in two to four weeks depending on the brand and the specifications.
Partners
We fit and sell across the major OEMs.
OTG fits and orders from all major club manufacturers. We are not loyal to a single brand — we are loyal to the data. If the fitting points to a shaft from one maker, a head from another, and grips from a third, that is what we specify. Authorized fitter and dealer credentials are coming soon. Mizuno, Taylormade and Titleist are already partners for OTG.
Authorized fitter and dealer certifications will be displayed here as partnerships are finalized.
Your fitting fee, applied to your build.
When you order your fitted clubs through OTG, the full fitting fee is credited toward your purchase. A full-bag fitting becomes a free fitting the moment you commit to the build. A driver fitting becomes a free fitting when the driver is ordered through us.
This is not a discount. It is the right structure: you pay for the work of the fitting, and if the recommendation results in a purchase, the fee belongs to the build, not to us.
Credit applies to OTG-coordinated builds only. Spec sheets are yours to use anywhere — we will not change that.
