Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, and email when you sign up for a membership, book a bay, join a league, request an event, or contact us. Payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: standard web server information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address, used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

Golf performance data: when you use our simulators (Foresight launch monitors and PuttView putting systems), shot and session data is recorded. If you have a member account, that data may be linked to you so you can review your progress.

How we use it

To provide what you asked for: confirm and remind you of bookings, manage your membership and billing, run leagues and events, and answer your questions. To send text messages you have opted in to (see below). To improve the club, for example by looking at which hours and bays are busiest. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree, we will send text messages about bookings, membership and account updates, league schedules and results, and occasional club news or offers. Message frequency varies; typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also email chase@otg.golf. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the club, only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging), Formspree (contact forms), Google (business listing and analytics), and our website host. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our members and staff.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing chase@otg.golf. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link. Deleting information tied to an active membership may require ending the membership.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while you have an account or an open booking and for as long as needed afterward for bookkeeping and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Junior programs are for players under 18, but accounts, bookings and text opt-ins must be created by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
